The ADFP respects your right to privacy. This policy explains how The ADFP stores and protects your information provided when using our mobile app. This privacy policy is effective from 05/09/2023 and any changes made will be found here.

By using The ADFP virtual cards mobile app, you indicate your agreement and acknowledgement of all things outlined in this policy.

What do we collect?
When using this mobile application we do not collect any information that the ADFP does not already hold. Such things as dancer name, email address, date of birth, etc are already known to the ADFP, we do not ask for any more information to be provided.

Why do we need this information?
Any information available in the app is presented in a secure view-only manner so that each dancer has visibility of their own information.

Is your data protected?
In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure of information and personal data, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard. No mobile app user can access any data without entering a unique access code which can only be attained through the school principal.

Your rights, data retention, and deletion
If you are a European resident, you have the right to ask us to provide you with a report of any information that we have stored for yourself. You can also ask us to delete any of your information for which you later withdraw your consent to processing, or when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was originally collected. You also have the right to object to receiving direct marketing from us. However, whilst the information may be deleted from the app, in order to remove your information from the organisation as a whole, a dancer will have to make that request through their school.

Other info
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we are required by law to do so.
